• Degreed MechE, Material Science or equivalent, MS or PhD preferred
• More than 5 years practical experience in the design, molding and assembly of plastic components, including
• Flexible packaging
• Materials selection and compatibility
• Assembly technologies
• Validation testing
• Risk identification and management
• Experience in consumer or medical device industry a plus
• Ability to lead both material and process technology development
• English and Hebrew a plus•Startup experience, new product introduction experience a plus
