Position Summary
Responsible for the planning, architecture, engineering, implementation, maintenance, and support of company-wide technology infrastructure systems and web operation including networking, servers, databases, BI, workstations, laptops, and all telecommunications equipment.
Serve as the thought leader for infrastructure in a complex high-technology data-center environment. Provide high level infrastructure design and planning for all information services projects. Lead, mentor, and grow highly skilled technical teams. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Serves as the CEO right hand man for all IT and Operation.
Responsibilities will include
· Work hand in hand with our outsourced hosting provider to ensure efficient and smooth operation of our hosted production system including administration, monitoring, scheduling, capacity planning, integrating mirroring and CDN solutions worldwide, troubleshooting, support and emergency response.
· Manage all database and BI infrastructure, serve as part of the escalation path for Data Center issues and emergencies.
· Follow operational policies to mitigate risk and recommend improvements.
· Capacity planning for production systems. Work closely with the team to define requirements, cost, timing and operational plan for future expansion and growth of our production systems (self managed or partnership), followed by implementation.
· Manage all web operation & software installation, including, web site, landing page, SEO, tracking and monitoring.
· Integrate and implement all ad server and media buy and sale solutions and maintain them.
· Maintain and upgrade the internal Corporate IT including reliability and security of corporate networks (LAN, WAN, Intranet, and VPN), email, backup, telephony, security, troubleshooting, and procurement.
· Manage the internal IT support for growing employee base

Desired Skills & Experience
· 7+ year's hands-on experience in Technical Operations as a system administrator in a Linux/ Windows environment (Web and application server management).
· Knowledge of relational database administration (MS-SQL) of very high volume web applications, OLAP and BI, monitoring, configuration, tuning & optimization, backup and recovery).
· Experience with high volume web & client applications highly desired.
· Expert in site monitoring tools
· Strong Networking Experience - TCP/IP, Administration of networking hardware, Network monitoring, Load Balancing
· Comfortable managing Windows office environments and user support
· Extensive commercial experience designing, building, and administering Internet host/network services.
· Good understanding on high end storage systems.
· Previous experience with CDN and hosting in multiple location is a major plus.
· Good oral/written communication skills, including writing of RFP and RFQ.
· Disciplined, detail oriented and well organized with a strong background in operational methodology. Can create and work by KPI.
· Self starter and go get it mentality. Results oriented.
· 7/24 mentality
· BS in Engineering or equivalent is required
