• Build strong, positive relationships with your client contacts
• Monitor client performance, identify and resolve issues
• Relay technical issues in a non-technical way to existing clients
• Advise on developments and creative strategy
• Perform regular client and internal reporting
• Undertake project planning, implementation and results analysis
• Reporting to Director of Operations

• A good track record of account /client management
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good people skills
• Ability to work under pressure , highly adaptable to all circumstances
• Able to be reached round the clock , highly accountable to clients and team
• Able to trouble shoot at user level for client technical /product functional issues
• Ability to liaise with technical support team and translate client requirements
