we need QA Team Leader
|

| דרישות: |
• Minimum two years experience of QA management\lead (hands on experience).
• Minimum two years of experience in System testing complex software applications.
• Experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies
• Depth knowledge in Windows platforms - Active Directory and operating systems.
• Proficient with testing tools such as Quality Center, QuickTestPro, Load runner, QA Partner, Silk, Win-Runner or similar testing tools.
• Must possess a very solid understanding of testing methodologies.
• Must possess strong project and resources management skills.
• Experience with security product testing – An advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, presenting, informing and listening.
• Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator
• Although BS or MS is strongly preferred, it is not required. Relevant work experience and/or certifications may support the lack of a degree.
• Fluent English
