Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in managing customers support team for a consumer internet company.
· Experience working with overseas functions
· Experience in payment processing, refund policy, charge backs.
· Experience in adopting a CRM solution for automating support processes.
· Handling conventional and premium support (non paying and paying customers)
· Leveraging support queries for retaining customers and enhancing monetization.
· Proven management and leadership skills.
· Intelligent, energetic, assertive
· English: mother tongue level - a must
