We are offering a chance for someone bright and highly motivated to work in a friendly and challenging environment as part of a small SEO team on a variety of projects ranging from the mundane to the technically complex.
This is an opportunity to enjoy hard work, repetitive tasks, and lots of Excel, which will grow to a position that will go as far as you want to take it. Working with us you will learn classic white hat SEO, technical SEO, and tool-based techniques (“blackhat”).
Our projects include SEO for Israeli clients, Google Local (Maps) campaigns, US/European campaigns, multi-million visitor sites, technical solutions for new and existing sites, and some work in highly competitive markets.
Training will be provided via one on one work with a 10 year veteran in the SEO industry (casino, porn, large retail brands, blah blah).
This is not a Project Management position. You will start with the Israeli sites, gradually assuming responsibility for all the daily tasks involved with running basic ongoing campaigns, as well as some interaction with clients. Lots of “wipe on/wipe off”, for anyone who’s seen Karate Kid.
Work will include keyword research, on-page optimization, HTML & server optimization, links, more links, content writing (not much), Analytics/Webmaster Tools, writing proposals, researching markets and competitors, social, working with various tools, some WordPress, and other fun stuff.
We prefer working with people that have just started in the SEO/SEM world; you do not need much more than 1-2 years’ of experience. The perfect candidate will have some kind of familiarity with SEO, but we are not looking for someone who has 3 years’ experience and thinks that they’re ‘King of Google & the Known Universe’.

You will start working on a trial basis for 3-4 days a week (fully paid, of course), and then move to a full-time position within 2 to 3 months.
Staring pay is 35 NIS per hour, with salary increases every 6 months, and we offer a fantastic opportunity to grow and advance – our motto is “Up or Out”.
Requirements:
*MUST have GREAT Hebrew reading and writing skills (mother tongue level at minimum, lol) and technical aptitude, since our audience is a mix of both humans and spiders
*Ability to multitask – this is not meant as a cliche, but truly a basic requirement, since you’ll be working on multiple projects simultaneously, and each project is a collection of smaller tasks
*Good to great English, written is more important than spoken, but mother tongue bi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
*Familiar with SEO/SEM, 1-2 years of experience
*Knows the Web, not just email and FB
*Strong work ethic
*Can manage himself/herself
*Creative, and loves solving problems
*Nice person, easy to work with, not too much of an asshole (in the office, at least)
*Not scared to make mistakes or assume responsibility, but hates making the same mistake twice
Nice to Have:
*HTML/CSS or even some programming knowledge
*Experience working with WordPress, Ubot or macros (huge advantage if you have these skills), proxies, or God-forbid – ScrapeBox & spinners
*Familiar with Excel (bonus points if you love it, or ever had a dream that involves it, especially if it was a nightmare)
*Use Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, or have a blog
*Good eye for small details
*Has a sense of humor and/or is sarcastic or cynical
*Prefers questions to answers and does not feel stupid when asking them
*Knows what a Venn diagram is
