For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva,Israel EHS Pharma Lead is requiredת Job description:
Coordination of assimilation of Global EHS policy and procedures.
Compliance with objectives of the annual EHS work plan and Global EHS initiatives.
Prepare Israel EHS AOP , monthly reports and all required statistics needed.
Coordinating performance of EHS design review of new projects.
Increasing the professionalism of the EHS site managers & other managers.
Follow-up of events, and leading incident-prevention activity.
Involvement in the debriefing of critical events. Leading the implementation of conclusions and
corrective actions. Distributing insights, best-practices and lessons to the sites.
Knowledge transfer and sharing by initiating forums and conferences.
Support Process safety activities including identification of risks and gaps closure follow-up
Support Occupational safety activities including identification of risks and gaps closure follow-up
Support Firefighting activities including identification of fire risks, loss prevention and guidance on
prevention and protection methods.
Support health activities including potent compound handling , Industrial Hygiene activities
Support Product Safety activities including Hazard Substances classification, MSDS preparation
Support Environmental activities including : PIE (Pharmaceutical in Environment ) assessment and follow
Up green report preparation; sustainability programs

B.Sc. in chemical engineering\ mechanical engineering\ environment engineering or equivalent science degree- Must
At least 10 years experience in EHS with at least 5 years in EHS managerial function working in a professional role in a process industry- must
Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industry with high EHS standarts- must
Distinct ability to lead and manage
Global experience - an advantage
Fluent English - must
Other languages are preferable
