The position involves managing daily administrative tasks, answering phone calls, greeting visitors and clients, dealing with client and vendor accounts in Israel and worldwide, ensuring accurate and timely payments, collection, handling invoices etc.
The position requires stress tolerance, personal responsibility, multitasking and organizational skills.
