The VP of Engineering is responsible for the company’s video extension and IP Streaming development activities.
Required :
• BSc or MSc in Engineering (Electrical preferred) with appropriate work experience and
project management experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible, relevant experience in Digital Video.
• Proven understanding of the issues involved in digital video and media distribution.
• Recent experience with IP Streaming technologies including encode/decode, encryption
and routing and its implementation on modern ARM/DSP systems.
• Understanding of the issues involved in managing circuit design and embedded software
development projects will be a plus
• Strong operational and project management skills in a product development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including software, firmware, circuit and
mechanical design.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels
• Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
• Strong desire to excel with a “hands on” lead by example, motivational, management style.
• 5+ years in leadership role.
• Recent, related experience in a high-tech product development organization.
• Registered professional engineer (or eligible for registration).

• Initiate new websites.
• Making keywords analysis and competitors’ analysis.
• Site traffic analysis using Google Analytics, drawing conclusions and implement them.
• Responsibility to increase the revenue.
• Building work plans and execute them.

• Academic degree.

• Previous managerial experience (leading a team of 2-4 people).
