cellular immunology/tumor immunology training or equivalent with PhD or MS degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in a laboratory setting for research and development, clinical manufacturing of cell products.

. Extensive hands-on technical experience with : cell culture/sterile technique, T-cell activation and expansion, FACS methods including, instrument operation, internal/external cytokine staining,cytokine bead array, lymphocyte subset purification, ELISPOT, proliferation assays, cytotoxicity assays, vital dye apoptosis/necrosis assays, cell cryopreservation, ELISA, mAb production and purification. Molecular biology techniques including DNA /RNA isolation, RT-PCR, Southern/Western blot. Experience with GMP, endotoxin (LAL) assay also helpful. Must also be willing to temporarily relocate to California for 1-2 years.
