We are a start up company and are looking to hire a native English speaker for a web customer support job. The job requires the person to be able to interact and respond to our users for various questions about our service (by emails and forums only, not phone). The position is located inside our R&D organization, so they will help this person to address and resolve customer support tickets. No special technical skills are required except for general familiarity with the World Wide Web and various websites and applications.
